This is Regarding Cocktails by Sasha Petraske with Georgette Moger-Petraske and published in 2016. Sasha Petraske is a legend. He is one of the key players in the modern cocktail revival with the bar he started, Milk & Honey in New York City. Milk & Honey went from an anonymous door, to the premiere speakeasy of the city. His methodology and philosophy regarding hospitality and cocktails would go on to shape many other influential bartenders. He helped start many other notable bars like Little Branch, White Star, The Varnish, Dutch Kills, and Attaboy. In 2015, Petraske died of a heart attack at age 42. His newlywed wife, Georgette Moger-Petraske would go on, with help of many other bartenders that Sasha mentored, to write this book.
